Corgi Trackside - Dennis F12 Middlesex Fire Brigade
Product Code: DG223002
Production Details:
Introduced in the 1950s, the Dennis F12 Pump was
mechanically identical to its predecessor the F7 but
with a shorter wheelbase. Although mechanics and
technology were always developing the F12 was ever
popular with brigades and remained in production at the
Guildford factory for a further nine years. The F12’s
working life bridged the change in the Fire Service
which saw the amalgamation of the County Fire Services
into one National Fire Service and by 1965 most of the
Middlesex Fire Service had been absorbed by the Greater
London Section of the brigade. 1:76 OO Gauge
