TX4 London Black Cab / Taxi.
The FX4 taxi
at 1:76 scale proved very popular and as a companion we are
releasing the TX4 at this scale as well. The shape has
become an integral part of British heritage, and the real
thing has a built-in fold out wheelchair ramp, 25 foot
turning circle, conventional side-loading doors and bolt on
panels attached to an ultra-strong chassis. The engine is
built specifically to meet the latest Euro IV emissions
legislation and the diesel engine is the cleanest ever.
Great for modern train layouts.

Grey Fordson Tractor. We
usually associate drab matt colour schemes with the
austerity period of the war but the decoration on this
latest 1:76 scale Fordson Tractor represents the vehicle
as it appeared for industrial on-site use rather than
the usual agricultural and on-road environment. However,
it will fit in very well on any industrial diorama of
the period, railway-related or otherwise.

The first motor bus was introduced in 1919 and daily
services from Bourne to Peterborough, Stamford, Spalding
and Grantham were all established by 1923. Now run by
the fifth generation of the Delaine-Smith family, the
core business is still based around some of those
original services, which have been developed and
tailored, using a careful blend of tradition and acting

Oxford Diecast Regent Swan

Production Details:
1.76 Scale Regent Swan Motors Closed Top Bus.
In the 1920’s Swan Motors had two ancient buses named
‘Naboth’ and ‘The Old Swan’, with regular services from
Bishopston via Murton. The company was swallowed up by
the United Welsh Services Swansea in 1952. Some vehicles
were taken into stock and repainted. United Welsh were
taken over in 1971 by South Wales Transport Co Ltd and
today they operate as part of First Bus." The
advertising on one side shows Macowards which was a
well-known Swansea department store, which operated on
the premises that had originally been set up by John S
Brown an ironmongers in 1893. Between 1929 and 1960 it
became Macowards. The ornate facade has hardly changed
in all that time, an impressive tower has been removed
from the centre section on the roof but the lions still
remain. The other side has Co-op advertising.

Coventry Closed Top Bus
Product Code: RT025
Production Details:
1.76 Scale Regent The Coventry Bus.
A Coventry Transport Regent on route 2 to Radford, but a
thousand years ago it was a very different place. It was
no more than a hamlet of a few scattered dwellings. And
yet, just three of four hundred years later, it was
reckoned to be the fourth city in England after London,
Bristol and York. The wealth of the city was built on
wool both at home and abroad. Such was the wealth of the
city and the confidence that it was decided to encircle
the city with a wall. With this wealth came all the
trappings of success, tradesmen, monasteries and fine
buildings.
