livery. (Length 9 inches aprox) Fagan & Whalley was founded in 1927 in the
village of Hapton, situated in the middle of the Lancashire cotton belt. The
business has always maintained strong links with the textile industry and it
endured the recession of the 1930's, through the war years to the 1950's, to a
period when Lancashire cotton was "King".
