OO-IE-102 is a “OO Gauge” 4Ground model kit with high
detail and pre-painted parts. These industrial buildings are perfect for any
industrial location on your layout able to be used as two separate units
with internal dividers or a single unit. The kit comes with pre-painted
parts so the only thing it needs to look the same as the photo is glue. It
also comes with acetate windows and name signs. The underside of the
building has two push out sections allowing you to insert lighting to really
