43 infantry divisions, peaking at 2.9 million personnel. A 1939 division
had about 13,900 troops, rising to 18,300 by 1944 with added support
units. Fully motorised and well-equipped with Lee-Enfield rifles, Bren
guns, mortars, and 25-pounder howitzers, British infantry divisions were
highly adaptable and effective. These 1:32 scale figures are part of our
