most instantly recognisable and iconic shapes in automotive history. Capable
of speeds of over 140mph and blessed with superb handling, the E-Type became
an instant hit, both on the road and on race tracks across the world. Having
gone through numerous design changes, it is this early version that is
considered by most to be the most beautiful, especially in its open
two-seater form. 2011 sees the 50th anniversary of the E-Type.
