Production Details:
Hornby BR 12 Ton Fish Van (3 Pack). Period: 1970s.
Dimensions: 105mm, Livery: BR, Finish: Pristine. Built to carry fish from
the fishing ports of the east coast of the UK and were first seen at the
beginning of the 1950s. Whole trains of these vans would be seen being
pulled at speed by 9Fs, Britannia's etc. Many were later conversed to
parcels vans (SPV) and ran through until the 1980s.
New Tooling: The Hornby model will be produced as
two solo units as well as a three pack.
